Fischrestaurant Kornati

We had the Christmas fish menu and it was very bad. The menu is pricy (95€) but the food quality is bad and all the dishes feel rushed out of the kitchen with no care for either taste or presentation. The service isn’t great. It’s a shame to falsely advertise this restaurant as “premium/fine dinning” even if this obviously run without a sense of cooking or care for customers.

I have mixed feelings with this place. We went on Christmas night and paid €95.9 for the menu. The tagliatelle, the sea bass with olive purée and the mouse were great but the ceviche was not ceviche in my opinion and the carpaccio was tasteless. They have an extensive and good list of wines. Our waiter was very nice and this contrast strongly with the person who received us who shout us “WE’RE FULL”. For Christmas dinner you had to make a reservation, which we did through an external platform called “Quandoo”. Days later we would receive an email from this platform informing us that we would be charged a €70 penalty for not having attended, I suspect that the angry person who received us did not mark us as present. Here I have to thank the restaurant because as soon as we found out about this we sent them an email and they responded immediately with the solution, so customer service works quite well.

Was an excellent lunch time with extremely nice and tasty seafood restaurants Service was excellent, food was so delicious and the seafood soup was a signature dish We really enjoyed the time and olive oil was so delicious with the bread Mix grill seafood was amazing and fabulous and the oysters was so fresh and delicious It’s a must if you seafood lovers Sure I will come back again if in Vienna

Had rucola salad , purée with truffle and 2 mix plates of :fish, calamari and prawns 🍤 . Food was delicious, enjoyed it wit glass of wine. Service was really nice and kind, they tried to satisfy us with a good table . Didn’t really like the atmosphere where i sat it was a hidden corner inside the restaurant and had some of small bugs flying around and it was already too late to change it.

I can’t say enough how much my husband and I enjoyed both our meals and the service. This was a five star restaurant and I’m surprised to see it only had 4.5 on Google! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and enjoyed calamari fritti, surf & turf w/ grilled scallops and the Norway lobster pasta dish. We also ordered a lovely bottle of red wine and finished our meal with the cheesecake, an espresso and a scotch. This was definitely the best meal we have had in Vienna and one of the best meals we have had in our many travels internationally. I would highly recommend for any special occasion or just an evening out. The service was fantastic as well and we had no complaints at all!
